Our process
After cabinets are installed and leveled, we record walls, corners, sink and cooktop locations, overhangs and other details that affect fabrication.
We determine how each countertop piece will be positioned on the slab, accounting for the pattern, vein direction, seams, island dimensions, cutouts and backsplash details.
Our Bellingham shop cuts the slab to the approved template and forms the main countertop pieces, islands, backsplashes and other project elements.
We complete sink and cooktop cutouts, fixture openings and selected edge profiles, then prepare exposed edges for finishing.
Pieces are refined, polished and checked before leaving the shop. Seams, finished edges and other fabrication details are prepared for the site.
Finished countertop pieces are delivered, installed and fitted at the project site. Final seams and connections are completed during installation.
